Yeah I'm going to say no on that one, assuming I know more about orbital physics than you do (I am pretty sure I can say I know more about orbital physics than you, no offense).
The other problem is the warheads inside of the main missilepod seem to have pretty good homing programming. Even if we could destroy the missile en route, the payload will continue onward and destroying that many individual warheads will be a problem with no open space combat technology to speak of in this world.
